To facilitate the process for you, we deliver any of our workshops at your site, taught by our staff of Lean Management experts who provide training based on their practical experience accumulated over many year.

While simulations and communication of concepts and facts can take place in a regular classroom setting, we will proudly provide our Mobile Learning Factory for the practical training.

Currently, our curriculum offers close to 30 workshops you can choose from. We also offer review seminars that will help you prepare for the Lean Bronze, Silver, and Gold Exams established by SME / AME / ASQ / Shingo Prize.

Furthermore, in order to provide a training event that most effectively meets your company's needs, we are always eager to adapt our workshops by using products and processes that are similar to the ones found in your enterprise. Upon your request, members of our expert team can visit your company prior to the workshop in order to get familiar with your processes and organizational concerns and use this information to customize the program content.
